Say the uncomfortable thing early
If your budget is too small, your offer is the real problem, or the project you asked for will not work — you hear it in week one, not month six.
Prime Solutions started because the two halves of digital growth kept being sold separately — and the seam between them was where most of the budget quietly disappeared.
Our founders spent years in-house — one running acquisition for a retail group, the other leading engineering at a SaaS company. Both had the same weekly frustration: the agency blamed the site, the developers blamed the campaigns, and the number stayed flat.
So in 2018 we started an agency where those two people sit in the same standup. Seven years later that is still the whole idea, and it is still the thing clients tell us they cannot find elsewhere.
We are deliberately mid-sized: big enough to cover strategy, creative, media and engineering properly, small enough that the people you meet in the pitch are the people who do the work.
Started with three retainer clients and a promise that marketing and development would never be quoted as separate problems.
Hired our first full product pod after a client asked us to rebuild the storefront we had spent a year sending traffic to.
Crossed a hundred delivered engagements and formalised the Diagnose → Blueprint → Build → Scale process we still run today.
Added a dedicated team for data pipelines, internal copilots and the unglamorous automation that removes manual hours.
Still founder-led, still senior-only, still measured on the one number each client cares about.
Every agency has values on a wall. These are the ones we have actually lost business over.
If your budget is too small, your offer is the real problem, or the project you asked for will not work — you hear it in week one, not month six.
Impressions, rankings and engagement are diagnostics, not goals. We report against revenue, pipeline and cost — and reconcile with your finance team.
You own the accounts, the code and the data. Our contracts are month-to-month after the initial term because retention should be earned quarterly.
We do not win accounts with directors and staff them with juniors. Everyone client-facing has shipped in their discipline for at least five years.
